J. Charles (Chuck) Lattif

For 18 years prior to the launch in 1995 of his own custom home building company in Pennsylvania Chuck Lattif was on the fast track to the highest levels of management for three of the nation’s top building companies. Those 18 years gave him the opportunity and experience of learning all of the building disciplines he has used since then in his own endeavors.

50 years of building experience have given him an edge on the market. Combining excellent home building expertise with a fully transparent building process has been a winning combo for a company led by a man of the highest integrity and character. In spite of stiff and abundant competition in the OM Charleston market he has again risen to the top of his field.

In 2013 he relocated his endeavors to the Charleston market where 50 years of building experience have given him an edge on the market. Since relocating he has built homes in all three Charleston counties including more than a dozen homes on Daniel Island as well as homes in Mt. Pleasant’s Park West.

In 2015 in partnership with the landowner, he created and developed Heirloom Landing in Mt. Pleasant, building 21 custom homes in the now sold out community. CPH, in addition to building throughout the lowcountry, can now be found in Poplar Grove, a 4000 prestine acre development, in the fast growing Ravenel Community.
