I have worked with Coastal Premier Homes for the last 2 years as Construction Manger. Prior to working at Coastal Premier Homes I was a builder for a family business in Mt Pleasant for 15 years. I have been in construction in South Carolina for the last 20 years. I started at the bottom doing all the punch list and repairs and worked my way to construction manager. I have built over 400 homes in South Carolina and several commercial builds as well. I build every home as if it was my own and take a lot of pride in each and every build. What I feel makes me different from other construction managers is that I can actually do the work as well as get it done by trades. I handle all our punch as well as warranty work. I care and build each home with same attention to detail no matter if it’s a 400 thousand dollar home or a 3 million dollar home build. Pride is pride and doing something correct and right is a key factor on all my builds. I love building and hope to continue for another 20 years here in Charleston area.
