Lynn Hill

Lynn Hill has been Coasatal Premier Homes Administractor for over 10 years. Her duties have expanded to overall accounting, invoice processing, customer care and oversight of trade and vender partners. She is also responsible for all draw requests and lender related services.

Lynn also assist with municipality functions such as permitting, business license and all insurance related matters. She also assists customers who have closed with follow up items that are out of the construction responsibilities.
